FAQ 1: Unable to locate application file 'TPassist2007.msi'

Question:
What does this message mean? - "Unable to locate application file 'TPassist2007.msi'"

Answer:
This is typically if the setup has to download and install either .NET 2.0 or Windows Installer 3.1. The solution is to locate the download of the self-extracting setup and run it again.

Details:
This is to be expected because the SETUP.EXE that automatically installed .NET 2.0 or Windows Installer 3.1 was extracted to a temporary location by the self-extracting installer. The temporary location would have been cleared during the reboot and therefore can no longer be found.
